Please note that no matter under any circumstances, postage or shipping costs are non-refundable.

We try to process orders quickly. Because of this we are unable to accommodate changes, cancellations or exchanges. There are no returns. All sales are final.

 

If the order cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability of the item or any other delays, we can cancel the order and issue a credit voucher

If you have received an incorrect product or a damaged/defective item, please email us at meracvel31@gmail.com with your name, order number, and nature of the issue. Please record the unboxing of the product for ease of process.
